Just got word that another of my series of interior design work for HGTV's "My First Place will be airing - HMF
P-1209, is scheduled to premiere Tuesday, January 12th at 8:00 pm ET (7:00 pm central).
Filmed in Wrigleyville, this fabulous flat's 2nd bedroom had some decorating challenges! Take an akward 9'x15' space with one big Honkin' window from Manly Minimal to Lady Executive Chic! Too... Work within a budget shopping from furniture to flowers and style it in 1/2 a day. Oh yeah, in the parking poor city of Chicago on a Saturday!!!
Man I used all those sassy Home Staging skills. It was a BLAST -

Staging is just so important, whereas people are tapped on equity inorder to protect what they have when selling it is just so necessary to stage the home to make it the most attractive to the potential buyers.

I watched the show and the staging of the buyers office turned out fabulous! Julea did a great job & it was great to see one of our Chicago neighborhoods on the show. I believe she bought in Lakeview.
